Upon approval of this application by the CAA Membership Committee, the applicant and its representatives agree to abide by the CAA Bylaws, support the principles of the CAA Membership Advantage, and adhere to all decisions made by the CAA Board of Directors. 2. PLEDGE and obligate himself / herself and the company:

a. to faithfully observe and perform all the provisions of the Bylaws of the Association and all rules and regulations lawfully made and adopted from time- to-time by the Association or its Board of Directors, and

b. to pay all dues and assessments that may be levied or imposed upon the Members in accordance with and pursuant to the provisions of said Bylaws; and

New Tariffs On All Imported Products: • A 10% Universal tariff on all countries effective April 5, 2025 at 12:01 a.m. EDT. • A higher individualized Reciprocal tariff rate for countries with a significant trade deficit, effective April 9, 2025 at 12:01 a.m. EDT. The new tariffs will remain in place until the President determines that the threat posed by the trade deficit or nonreciprocal treatment is satisfied or mitigated.
