Meeting Overview

Looking Ahead to Our 89th CAA Annual Meeting

We’re excited to host this year’s CAA & PTC Annual Meeting at one of America's most iconic resorts: The Breakers Palm Beach. This historic oceanfront oasis blends unparalleled Gilded Age glamour, effortless modernity, and iconic seaside charm.

This annual gathering brings together our board, members, and guests to reflect on where we’ve been, talk about where we’re going, and spend some time connecting beyond the day-to-day.

From a half-mile private beach and 36 holes of golf to four oceanfront pools and a top-tier spa, The Breakers offers the perfect setting to step away, recharge, enjoy a sunset smoke, and spend time with industry friends.

Café Boulud
Chef Daniel Boulud’s elegant Palm Beach outpost offers refined French cuisine with seasonal influences in a sophisticated setting. A longtime favorite for both business dinners and special occasions.

What is best airport to fly into?

The most convenient airports are:

  • Palm Beach International Airport (PBI) – Approximately 6 miles from The Breakers and the preferred airport for most attendees. PBI is easy to navigate, offers quick ground transportation, and is typically the most convenient option.

  • Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL) – Approximately 45 miles south of Palm Beach. FLL offers a wider selection of domestic flights and may provide more competitive fares than PBI.

  • Miami International Airport (MIA) – Approximately 75 miles south of Palm Beach. MIA is the best option for international travelers and those seeking access to major airline hubs and the broadest range of flight schedules.

Travel Advisory:
Palm Beach is home to President Trump's Mar-a-Lago Club. During periods when the President is in residence, the FAA may implement Temporary Flight Restrictions (TFRs) that can affect both private and commercial air traffic in and out of Palm Beach International Airport (PBI). While commercial service generally continues to operate, travelers may experience delays, increased security measures, or schedule adjustments.

If flexibility or reliability is a concern, consider flying into FLL or MIA, which are typically unaffected by these restrictions.
